Terms & Conditions of the Supply order is described below: -

  • Full quantities of ordered test kit should be supplied by 3 days from the placement of the order. However you are requested to supply as early as possible.

  • If price of the ordered test kit is drops further during supply to any State or  Govt. Organisation, that rate  will be applicable for NHM,Assam also, during the supply period of this order.

  • Payment will be made within 15 days from receipt and acceptance of materials at destination against submission of bill & receipted challan (in triplicate) with stock entry details to obtain the desired payment against the supply from the NHM-Authority. 
  • Any Dispute arising out of the above order shall be referred to the Court within the Guahati Jurisdiction of State of Assam.
